Yes — we welcome new pet families from across New Westminster, Burnaby, Coquitlam, and the surrounding communities. Register online through our New Client Registration form or call us to schedule your pet's first visit.
Where is the hospital located?
We're at #104 – 78 Tenth Street, New Westminster, BC, V3M 3X3 — in Downtown New Westminster, a two-minute walk from Columbia SkyTrain Station and near Westminster Pier Park and the Anvil Centre.
What should I bring to my pet's first visit?
Please bring any previous medical records, a list of anything your pet is currently taking, and notes about your pet's diet and behaviour. If you're transferring from another clinic, you can ask them to send your pet's records to us ahead of time.
Do you offer urgent or same-day care?
Yes. We offer same-day urgent appointments during clinic hours for existing and new patients. For after-hours emergencies, we recommend contacting a 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital.
